Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to assist you and make you happy. Devices (diffusers) that have not been used can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Essential Oils can be returned for store credit only.

Once your return is received it will be inspected by a customer service agent, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the item is eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. Please note this time can vary due to credit card company processing timelines.

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at admin@pasitha.com  with your proof of purchase and send your item to: 309-1175 W 11th Ave, V6H 1K4, British Columbia, Canada, once you get confirmation from us via email.

Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our devices (diffuses). If your device (diffuser) has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you.

Please note that our lifetime device warranty does not cover personal damages.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@pasitha.com

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 309-1175 W 11th Ave, V6H1K4, British Columbia, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item including any international duties or taxes.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange, or return for credit, within 15 days of purchase.
